Welcome to our cozy retreat at Keystone Resort. Great location in Red Hawk at River Run. You walk out the patio door just few hundred feet to the gondola & village.Many amenities to enjoy. Heated swimming pool, two hot-tubs, steam room, work-out area, built-in gas fire pit and gas BBQ with gathering patio areas. The lobby area features a pool table, foosball, large screen TV and warm fireplace. Heated underground parking. Near bike path, fishing, golf, hiking, skating & many other activities.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS & COMFORT
The condo will comfortably sleep 4 guests (best for children) Primary bedroom features a queen size bed with a quality mattress for a restful sleep. Living room has a queen size sofa sleeper. Non-smoking building and entire building is pet free. Secure and heated garage and one parking spot for the guest. Space could feel tight for 4 adults if you have a-lot of luggage.

Everything you need to prepare meals. Condo so close to the Gondola you can come in for lunch or snacks.

No Stairs, pack and play available (pack & play sheets not provided) Ground floor covered patio for easy access to the outside. Washer & Dryer available in the building with coin or mobile pay options. We provide fresh linens, towels and starter supply of essentials.
*GUEST RULES & INFORMATION
No early check-in or late check-outs (no bag storage available) Must be 25 years old and supply full name with guest reservations. Allow a few hours for host to reach out with check-in instructions for last minute bookings. Children should be supervised at all times. Adult guests are responsible for the safety of the children during their stay and use of amenities. Keystone Village is smoke-free and pet free. No smoking or vaping in the condo or on the patio. Host is not liable for any facility related issues or if access is restricted for any reason. Be aware of altitude sickness that can occur if you are not prepared. During the winter months, snowstorms are natural part of l life in the mountain's and great for skiing. I-70 may experience temporary closures due to weather. Unfortunately we are unable allow refunds due to weather. You can check other options for travel Interstate Highway 285 or Colorado State Highway 9.
